SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT!!!!!

In January 2024 Stafford Family Care made the decision to join a Private Membership Association (PMA), SFA PMA. The purpose is to protect our families’ Constitutional rights as it relates to your healthcare choices. We still remember what the government tried to do to us during COVID. This is a step to protect us all moving forward. 

 

A big reason for this transition is that recently and over the past 30 years, some parties have tried to prevent patients from receiving common sense health care. As a private association, we continue to operate in good legal standing as a private entity with the added benefit of fewer restrictions. We hope to offer a larger and ever-growing selection of products and services as we continue forward.

 

While many PMAs initiate expensive memberships, we continue our goal to keep our pricing as low as possible. While some practices make you pay a monthly membership, we do not want to be that practice. We ask that all of our patients who wish to continue to be a part of our practice pay a once-per-year membership fee of $30 per adult person, and $20 for minors who live in the same home. This fee covers the cost of legal and financial requirements to establish and maintain a PMA. We will be collecting this fee over the next 3 months and can do so at the time of your office visit. This fee will then be collected yearly on January 30 of each year, moving forward. We will ask for you to sign the membership agreement and pay the fee during your office visit beginning Monday.

As a member, you will continue to enjoy the benefit of same-day care for all urgent needs when appropriate, telehealth visits when the occasion allows, respect for your autonomy as individuals, and additional products and services. We will also be offering webinars for members only on various healthcare topics, and a member’s only portion of our website with an ever growing library of health information and videos. We hope to encourage other like-minded practices to consider joining our PMA, in hopes of bringing into our area an affordable health care network. As of July 1, 2024 only association members will be eligible for services of Stafford Family Care. As of July 1, we will do the majority of communicating through email/newsletters and will move away from social media presence.
